About McKenna
Every person’s journey is unique, and my approach honors your experiences while helping you find strength and clarity. I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in grief, women’s mental health, and LGBTQ+ counseling. Life often brings challenges that can feel overwhelming; whether it’s coping with loss, navigating transitions, or managing the unique pressures of life. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, gain insight, and build resilience you need to move forward. I will meet your bravery and vulnerability with compassion, curiosity, and a touch of humor.
My own life experiences, both the challenges and the lessons learned have shaped my approach to therapy. I’ve faced my own struggles, and I’ve developed the tools and insights to help others navigate their journeys. By working together, I hope to support you in finding your strength, resilience, and peace as you move through this part of life.
