Rates & Insurance

Standard Session Rate

Most sessions are 60 minutes and cost $175. If you have insurance, your fee will be based on the contracted rate from your insurance company for in-network or out-of-network benefits.

We accept insurance, out-of-network insurance benefits and self-pay. We also offer a reduced fee for those who cannot afford the full rate. Please call in advance to discuss this option. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check with your insurance to confirm you are in network and have coverage for mental health services.

You can use the following questions with your insurance company to learn if you have mental health benefits:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • What is the difference between and in-network and an out-of-network provider?

  • How do I file a claim for an out-of-network provider?

  • How do I use my out of network insurance benefits?

Some insurance policies allow you to utilize out-of-network benefits for mental health services. If your insurance company participates, we provide you with a Superbill, which is an invoice that includes specific diagnostic codes to justify why you have come to seek help and what services you received. You would be responsible for the full fee at the beginning of each session. You would then submit the Superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement of a percentage of the session fee. Forms of Accepted Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you participate in a FSA, HSA, or HRA you are able to use those funds towards mental health services.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $75 no-show fee. No portion of this fee is covered by insurance.
